Click to report rating    6/17/19   1     4     3     5   She called me and was very emotional and yelling at me because she was having personal problems. I will never ever ever return to her again This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. RID: 68138
Click to report rating    8/25/18   1     1     1     1   I had to put my roxy down , and dr Morrison made sure to have us get all her shots and refill her meds a week before. If she was a good vet she would of known this was happening. She did blood work and said she was ok, when we thought there was a problem ..had no sensitivity level whatsoever.. roxy had to be put down 4 months ago and dr Morrison never even called us to this day. Roxy was my child!!!! I’m sorry I ever trusted Joanne Morrison with her!!!! RID: 66710

I would never bring my dog anywhere else. RID: 57061
Click to report rating    3/20/15   5     5     5     5   We have 5 dogs so having a good vet is important to us. Dr Morrison is the best and we couldn't be happier. Our pups have a new PCV (Primary care vet). RID: 56339
Click to report rating    1/19/15   5     5     5     5   I live in Easthampton and after having had a bad experience with an animal hospital here, a friend told me about Dr. Morrison. Dr. Morrison truly listened when I talked to her about my dog, Dixie, and petted and talked to Dixie during the appointment. I mentioned that I adopted my dog from South Carolina where I had previously lived and she tested to see if my dog had a particular kind of Southern tick infection and Dixie did! She was treated for that. Dr. Morrison also explained that he reason my dog scooted her face along the floor after she ate was most likely due to an allergy. By gosh, she was right... my dog is quiet after eating now since I don't give her beef. She is a wonderful doctor, a great diagnostician and truly listens to your concerns. I have to drive 30 miles one-way to get to her office but she is the best I have ever found and certainly worth the 60-mile round trip. RID: 55523

Click to report rating    5/2/14   5     5     5     5   I can call dr. Morrison with any of my concerns regarding our dogs. Not only is she extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, but she is also so kind and truly cares about the welfare of all animals. She always returns my call, even though I know she is so busy! This is so important to the worried pet owner that I am. She is the vet that every pet owner wants to have! RID: 51359
Click to report rating    4/29/14   5     5     5     5   We received a referral to Dr Morrison... After receiving a cat that no longer had a home for the winter of 2013-14 do to urinating in the home. We delt with her flea infestation (allergy to the fleas too) and soon realized she was in need of medical attention. She was trying to tell us she was in discomfort/pain from dental/gum issues and then one eye was cloudy too. After Dr. Morrison met with "Peaches" she addressed her dental with an antibiotic and an eye drop that may or may not address the issue at hand. We learned that Peaches may have a disease that is in curable but would need to do blood work to rule that out if the eye drops didn't help. We followed the Rx and after a month Peaches became very playful, eating well, and we still had one more issue to deal with... Urinating in the house! Dr. Morrison suggested a 2nd cat box may help? By golly she was RIGHT! We now have a great new addition to our family that is a Princess in need of two thrones! Thank you Dr. Morrison RID: 51286

8/27/12   5     5     5     5   Dr Joanne is great, and I have been taking my Bobtails there to her clinic for some time. They are at ease when they arrive there, comfortable with her care and handling. I am in the medical field, take them on the forty minute ride to her place from Hamp with no reservation about the travel, they have all liked her, her explanations in even laymens terms are clear and to the point, and you can gain plenty of insight to your animals' care when you listen, and you owe that to your pet. And what she does ask for for care is more than reasonable. I recommend her, she treats them as they were her own, and I wouldn't take the critters anywhere else. Paul RID: 36850
Click to report rating    9/23/11   5     5     5     5   I have been using Dr. Morrison for several years now. Used to go to a locak Vet Hospital, bad experiences at a high cost just to walk in the door. Switched to another vet in Pittsfield, was ok unitl it was sold. I have 5 dogs, so multiple pet fees are ridiculuous. My dogs got so stressed going to a clinic. Dr. Morrison is a MOBILE VET, so of course you have to leave a message. If you are a regular customer and it's urgent she calls back by the end of the day. If you don't use her regularly she has not records and is very very busy. So if you don't tell her what the problem is it may take a while for a call back. Her pricing is without a doubt the best I have seen in the county. I have recommended many people to her with great success. RID: 27827
2/11/11   1     3     2     3   Very poor experience with Dr. Morrison. She almost seemed unstable and unable to focus. Couldn't answer direct questions. Seemed very angy and wanted to talk about her problems. In the end, my dog ended up suffering without adequate care/medicine while we had to go find another vet. She is absent from her office often and doesn't return phone calls promptly (took 2 days to return a middle of the week phone call). She is a one man show with no secretary or office or staff, so she is hard to get a hold of and non-existent in an emergency situation. Talks endlessly. Please take your pet elsewhere. RID: 22774
