I used to go to this Vet Clinic before it changed owners. Today, I took my puppy there and did not even get to meet the new doctor. All information - an overwhelming amount - was delivered over the telephone. I expected some sort of 'report' on my dog that I could take home that included his weight and some of the key messages of our lengthy discussion - and received nothing. Perhaps this is an acceptable way to deliver veterinary care when all is normal and/or it's routine/repeat visit but this was not the case. I realize the pandemic has challenged us all but I don't think I'll be returning to this vet after our experience today. I would recommend a strong look at how they are delivering health service to animals while keeping owners outside the clinic. There are certainly safe ways to deliver care that can include one person at the animal's side. Perhaps this clinic should look at some of practices in health care / medical offices and take some notes.

My cats come to this clinic and I cannot say enough good things about it. The staff is very friendly as is the veterinarian. The prices are really good as well in comparison to other clinics I had used in the past. Exceptional service overall and I am so glad to have found this clinic.

Great doc and staff. Busy at times but always great with the dog and with her owners. Dr. Hagen gives a great deal of helpful and knowledgeable insight to your animals health so pay attention!

When my dog got sick, Dr Bob and his team went out of their way to fit her in between appointments and give her the vet care she needed. They are fair and professional and thorough. He doesn't order unnecessary tests and is open about costs. All the staff were gentle and supportive,

I LOVE this place! I have been bringing my two dogs and cat here for 3 years and it has been great! They treat my animals with great respect and attention. I started coming here on the advise of my mother in law who has been using "Dr.Bob" for over a decade and I have no regrets. You can tell that Dr. Bob truly does what he does for love of the animals. Any questions I have had are answered in detail, so I can actually understand what is happening and when is the next course of action. They are very accommodating with scheduling. I recommend trusting your family members to the great service and care to Crowchild Trail Veterinary Clinic!

Dr "Bob" is a very caring and knowledgeable Vet. We have brought our pets to Dr Bob for 10 years and he has always been great.

Very committed vet and support staff. They really care about your pet, and take the time to explain issues thoroughly. We have used this vet for 15+ years and have always had exceptional service.

called this clinic for a mutual client that brings their dog here and the vet was extremely rude over the phone. This was extemely unprofessional, especially since I was trying to help one of their clients, because of this I personally would not bring my pets here, as it proves that customer service is not really a high priority for them.

We've been bringing our companions here for over 30 years. Thanks to the experienced staff, our old cat lived until 22, and our dog who has beat adrenal cancer is still ticking at 13.

Dr. Hagen and his staff are so sweet and caring. They have made my dog that I rescued feel very secure and loved. When I took my dog in for an emergency to Western Veterinarian Clinic (an after hours clinic) one of the staff members couldn't stop talking about how incredible Dr. Hagen is. His assistant is amazing and speaks baby talk to my little guy and they give him little treats to ease his nerves. Dr. Hagen is so scientific in his treatment approach and takes the time to share all of the details of every procedure. This clinic has a small town feel, you never feel rushed. OUTSTANDING!
