Caring compassionate kind informative helpful from front end staff through to the Doctors going above and beyond definitely recommend this veterinarian clinic a little drive out but well worth it Pricing is great too

Dr. Ronalee Hansen is the only reason to go to this clinic. It is overpriced and charge way too much for routine services. Dr. Ronalee though is awesome, knowledgeable and great with animals. Too bad she can't find a better clinic to work for.

Just moved to town from Calgary and everyone I meet told me to go to Green Acres. So glad I did! All the staff were sooo helpful!

This clinic is pricing itself out of our ability to justify the expense. Our pets have been going there for over 40 years so have a good idea as to what we've paid over the years. The recent major renovation and restructuring of this clinic (large animal practice gone) appears to have triggered a major increase in fees charged. Gonna be looking elsewhere to see if there are savings to be had.

In my opinion,I feel this clinic is only interested in the money part of the business. Two years ago I took my cat to be seen and helped and was told she should be put to sleep because she was so ill. I then took her to another clinic where she was treated and lived for two more years. Unfortunately... she got sick and I could not get in to see her vet. I had no other choice but to take her here and she was put to sleep this time. From many friends who have pets that they love so much said I should never have taken her there! Needless to say I will never go there again.The little fragment of my heart that's remaining now since my loss aches every minute of the day for my sweet, loving baby. I have no reason to tell a lie. This is the way i feel about this clinic

We took our 17 year old cat Coal in this morning to be put to sleep because of his ill health and old age. I am not sure who helped us but she was very kind and professional. It was a very hard time for me and my family and the women who helped us was very understanding and patient. She took the time to listen to us and to let us know exactly what to expect through the whole process. She also gave us all the time we needed to say our good-byes. 5 STARS all across the board.

I have taken both of my dogs to green acres for small stuff like checkups and vaccines, to more troubling concerns like vomiting and intestinal issues. The staff have always been kind and courteous, and they work hard to help you out even if it's last minute. I have never felt overcharged, and am usually pleasantly surprised when it comes time to pay the bill as they just charge for the bare essentials and are always fair. I'm so happy to have found an awesome vet since moving here, and would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Ronalee Hansen is an amazing vet. Our little dog got a tumour and he was in and having it removed and diagnosised with in 5 days. She was so good with emotions and explained everything so well. The prices are much better compared to other clinics. I would trust my pets life in their hands. We also had Dr. Felicia and she was great too and respectful in our time of mourning.

Green Acres is not my regular vet, but I went there for a second opinion. I was so impressed with Dr. Hansen and the front staff that I am switching clinics!

The staff at Green Acres is always welcoming and helpful. Dr. Hansen is an amazing veterinarian. She has taken the best care of my kitties for over two years now. She is honest, provides the best care possible and always explains her diagnosis so that I understand the situation. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.

Awsome place to bring your pets, had my cat declawed and spayed there and got great service for a fair price! Also had to call out the large animal vet to look at my horse i use to have, for suspected colic, was awsome with him and was quick! prices are very fair!

We were SO impressed with Ronalee Hansen at this clinic and the care she gave our dog when he was suffering with ear problems. Also impressive that she INSISTED on a free follow-up appointment to make sure things were going well and to re-check his ears. She was more than willing to take the time to discuss concerns and answer questions. A very positive experience, and very reasonably priced compared to some other clinics in the city!
