This is the best vet office I have experienced. All the vets are super knowledgeable, patient, and share all options. No salesy weirdos here. Straight up with best options of care. The vet assistants work as a well oiled joyful team. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic for all your animal family members. We took one of my dogs to emergency care vet on a Saturday evening. We received an outrageous quote. I know enough to be dangerous when it comes to medical care of animals however it didn't feel right. We paid the consult fee and left. On Sunday my vet called me to ask how my pup was doing, this was amazing a Sunday follow up from my vet. They care about your family.

Dr. Drew is an amazing vet, I have been bringing my dogs there since they opened. I also have recommended to family and friends. Honest, knowledgeable and priced fairly. Staff is kind and personable as well.

I'm extremely happy with Dr Drew Hilts and staff. I was very surprised to read a couple of negative comments about the current ladies working at the clinic. I've been in several times in the past few weeks and they have been pleasant, helpful and make such a fuss of my dogs.... they all enjoy going there which says a LOT! I've been going to Townline Veterinary Clinic since they opened and you won't find a better place for your fur babies!

I have so much respect and gratitude for this clinic... My Frenchie was almost do with her first labour and to top it of had only 1 puppy , my vet in poco wouldnt schedule her an appt for a c section on her 62nd day but wanted me to try for a natural whelp and booked my c section for the 64th day.. She started her first stage of labour on 61st day at night and continued to drop temp by 62nd day and i had no where to go to get her a c section as this puppy was big as seen on the x ray . My friend refered me to Townline vet where i called first thing in the morning and got a immediate reply to come with my female right away and the Dr did a very thorough exam and did the c section right away. I honestly havent felt so much relief and comfort with any vet i have ever delt with .. His professionalism and calming persona made me feel very comforted and relaxed. Thankyou everyone for taking the time and helping me out in a time of distress im very pleased to have found my new vet. ??

The staff at this Vet clinic is AWESOME! They treat everyone politely and with respect, its so nice to be treated this way. I have had many problems with Vet staff in the past, (yes it could be me but) Thank you!!

I recently had to bring my dog in cause he was sick. I had to wait but I could see both rooms were full. The 2 things that bothered me were I felt like I was rushed when it was my turn. The Dr was nice in a sarcastic way. The worst thing was the 2 girls up front talking about another coworker and there private life. Not cool. It was expensive but not as bad as other places.

What the heck happened? I was here 2 months ago and I couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere pleasant. I went in the other day and it was a mess. New front girls are rude and can't get you out the door fast enough. The doctors are the same but seemed off. I don't know what happened but I won't be going back. It's a shame because I like these Doctors.

I find that vets at this clinic are superb and handle my two dogs very gently.They don't do unnecessary tests.

My dog had eaten something he shouldn't have. Instead of opening him up, doing bloodwork and X-rays Dr Hilts and Lori saved my dog. I don't have much money but my dog means everything to me. Thank you Lori for talking with me 20 timeus a day and Dr Hilts for assuring me we were on the right track. I can't tell you how much you mean to me. Thank you to you both! They are clearly in in for the animals not the money. I will recommend everyone to Townline Vet Hospital.

Dr. Hilts is an excellent surgeon. I have a "miracle"dog thanks to his help. He has had several surgeries for oral cancer, & half a tongue, but he is alive, & would not be if I had listened to other opinions. He enjoys life, makes a mess when he drinks, but who cares! Thanks Dr Drew, Lori, & all the staff. You will not be disappointed with the veterinary care here!

The staff and doctor are friendly however I was very unimpressed with the service provided. Dr Hilts doesn't seem to really explain well and is quick to just push antibiotics and what not. Also he failed to notify me that my dog had a PH level of a COW.....thankfully my holistic vet told me right away. It was hard not to notice since he saw the blood test and didn't tell me or know himself??? Also, he said UTI's were not affected by food and they infact are.

I have a Chihuahua and a Cat. We have always gotten the best service and advice at Townline. They don't push to get unnecessary things and Dr. Hilts and the staff are so good with both the dog and cat. Very pleased :)

I am most impressed with the expertise and kind service I have encountered with each and every employee. Dr Hiltz is a caring and compassionate vet with loads of experience. I love his sense of humor! I totally trust him to care for my pets!! The clinic offer fasts and economical care of a high caliber!! Thanks so much!!

Just started at this Clinic and it is wonderful. Cannot say enough about the exceptional care and compassion our old dog received from Dr. Drew Hilts and his staff (Lori and Sarah). Dr. Hilts is obviously extremely experienced in veterinary medicine/surgery. The drive from Vancouver to Abbotsford is totally manageable and we won't hesitate to return. If you want an exceptional Vet this is the place to go.

We brought our beagles into Toenline today for the first time. Fortunately I got an appointment within an hour of phoning. Dr. Hilts spent time suggesting reasons why one of our beagles might be lethargic. We spent time explaining options to us. He clipped both dogs' nails. We were surprised at the bill being cheaper than we expected. The dogs loved Dr. hilts and his staff. They used to go to the same facility when it was Ellwood and were happy to return. We will definitely return to Townline. P.S. Ellwood is awesome too. Townline is just a walk away though.

I was very impressed with Dr Hilts. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. My dog isn't the best behaved but he didn't get upset at all. With the help of Lori my dog was examined and even got the nails clipped. I felt very comfortable with both these people and will recommend all my friends to go to Townline. They didn't charge me and arm and leg either like most places do. If you want a really good vet and excellent support staff go see Dr Hilts.

Dr. Drew Hilts saved my Yorkie Poo on New Years Eve! I had scheduled her to be put down that afternoon as I had been told by her vet of 14 years that she had an inoperable hernia. At the last minute, a friend stopped into the new Vet's office and we got a second opinion. Dr Hilts did surgery that day, even though he was not officially open and had family plans for New Years. My little one came through with flying colours and is doing great! He even did a dental on her while she was under...and 3 days later did a dental on my 17 year old toy poodle. I had been told they were too old for dental work. They are both doing fantastic, and it is all thanks to Dr. Drew. Very talented surgeon, kind, compassionate and very reasonable fees. You will be delighted with his knowledge, skill and friendly personality.

The staff and Dr were very friendly and helpful.my dog normally gets nervous when going to the vet but she was very comfortable there.the facility was very nice, spacious and clean. The prices were very reasonable. Would recommend this vet to anyone and everyone .
