After adopting our puppy, we took her to Pearson Animal Hospital to be spayed. During prep for the operation, Dr. Pearson located an abdominal incision consistent with the puppy already being spayed. Dr. Pearson proceeded to operate without contacting us first. It turns out our puppy had already been spayed. Dr. Pearson deliberately performed an unnecessary surgical procedure on our dog because "she had already put our pup under anesthesia." Dr. Pearson also admitted she "did not look at the medical record" prior to operating. When we picked up our puppy, Dr. Pearson did not provide us with any pain medication or a cone to prevent licking. When we asked for our money back because we had to take our pup to another vet for medications and antibiotics, Dr. Pearson insinuated we were insensitive and only cared about the money. When asked to refund our money, she stated, "that will definitely not happen." HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! If you love your pet, STAY AWAY!!!

They add more expenses without calling the customer. Dr Pearson is not pleasant when talking to the customers but their staff is very good.
