Click to report rating    4/9/18   5     5     5     5   Can't say enough good things about the staff here. They genuinely love animals and give the highest level of care. They have seen my dog thru surgery and now thru her elderly years. I would never go anywhere else. RID: 65906
Click to report rating    6/12/17   1     2     1     2   I'm not sure the staff realize that they can be over heard. The front end receptionists can't seem to stop talking about their appearances, whether it be their nails, hair, make up or recent love interests. Surely there is actual work to be done rather than taking part in the latest highschool gossip? It just seems rather immature and unprofessional. I have heard part of the discussions between Dr. O'Connor and her staff, I can only describe her as abusive to her staff. As soon as she's in the exam room she's a totally different person. Seems a little two faced and I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone who would treat someone how she treats her staff members. I've had good experiences with the other vets, although somewhat over priced. Most of the support staff seem knowledgeable and helpful, though they can sometimes come across as self absorbed. Stay away from Dr. O'Conner and take the high school attitude with a grain of salt and you're good. RID: 63896
Click to report rating    2/16/17   1     4     4     1   If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. O'Connor is a very uncaring and cold person. As a former employee I can attest to the fact that she treats her staff with no consideration, treats patients with little care (I witnessed her treating an impacted and abcessed anal gland, she injected local anesthetic but did not wait for the drug to take effect, the dog screamed in pain as she lanced the skin). She screams at her employees over the slightest misstep, she believes everyone is beneath her, treats her support staff like they are idiots and will say so directly to their faces. I would never entrust her to care for any reason for my animals. Stay away! RID: 62707
Click to report rating    6/24/15   5     5     5     5   I have been bringing both my cat and dog here for a few years now. I feel it crucial to give credit to Dr. SinclairSmith and Dr. Adams-Hird in particular. They have both been incredible friendly, helpful, and reasonable. I am on a budget and not always able to run all the tests and labs that can be associated with an older dog. Dr. Adams-Hird has kept in contact with me over the phone and has been especially wonderful. RID: 57532
Click to report rating    10/24/10   4     4     5     5   Loved this clinic!! Checking in was a little slow, but that was because they were so busy! Worth the wait though and I loved the lady doctor we saw! RID: 20463
