Dr. Herrera and her staff are top notch...I've been going to her for years for both my dogs. The Doctor is knowledgeable and compassionate.

Vet has the personality of a dead fish. She does not act like she cares for you or your pets, and she does not call you with test results. You are expected to call her unless you wish to wait weeks. My dog had hemolytic streptococcus, which can be deadly, and she did not even call to tell me to come in to get antibiotics for two weeks. Her excuse? Well, you were to call ME. She rarely explains conditions to you nor reasons for treatment. It is not that she is not highly educated or knowledgeable, merely that she does not seem to give a darn and acts as if you are irritating her every time you bring your animal in for anything. If you don't care about how your vet treats you are your pet, this is the vet for you!---
