Click to report rating    11/19/18   4     4     2     1   I used this clinic for my dogs for 20 years when Dr Randall was the owner. You couldn’t find a better, more professional or competent vet than Dr Randall. Things changed for the worse after he left. My dog developed bladder cancer. An ultrasound was done and a couple of vet techs called me in to explain it. Not a vet. These two young women fumbled around with the explantation never once using the actual words “tumour” or “cancer”. It was all platitudes. I finally said “does she have CANCER?” The unwillingly said yes,she did. I felt they were treating me like a 10 year old who couldn’t take the facts. My dog deteriorated yet the vet assured me she might live for a long time. In fact, she was in end stage cancer. At no time was a painkiller prescribed though I realized later she was in considerable discomfort. When my dog was euthanized the vet fumbled around unable to insert the tube in her body. She tried this and that unable to get the line in. Never go here.Horrible vet service. RID: 67027
Click to report rating    5/19/17   4     4     4     4   We had a kitten with a rare disorder and the vets here were so good during treatment of her and through to eventually having to put her down. Dr. Nichol especially was so compassionate and you could tell she genuinely cared. RID: 63690
Click to report rating    3/9/16   1     3     3     1   Our dog developed a hot spot and, though we normally take her to another clinic outside the city, it got bad enough that we had to take her in to Airport. We were originally given a quote over the phone, then after the visit it was upped but within a range, we left our dog there (she had to be sedated to clean the hot spot), and when we returned to pick her up, the bill was $150 more than the highest quote I had been given. Further, I asked for a written prescription for the antibiotics and cream needed, and although the vet had told my husband this was possible (he forgot to get it at the time), when I returned the next day to get it, the vet tech outright lied to me and said it was against the veterinary bylaws in SK (if you ask for a written prescription they are required by the bylaws to produce it, I checked). We will not be returning. We've had a hot spot cleaned elsewhere for a fraction of the cost with much more compassionate and upfront staff. RID: 59980
Click to report rating    1/6/16   1     4     1     1   What my wife and our dog had to go through when we put our 14 year old dog down was absolutely inhumane. Two hours and a groggy dog trying to get out of the room combined with ZERO monitoring is beyond bad. This place used to be great. Never again for us! Avoid at all cost! RID: 59435
Click to report rating    12/31/15   5     5     4     5   We've been clients for almost 20 years. I'm sorry to see such a low rating here. This is an excellent clinic with trusted, caring staff. Yes, you often wait for an appointment because the staff prioritize care. We've had our days of crisis where the doctors and techs have spent way more time with us. I remember how appreciative I was of that extra care, every time it's my turn to wait. All animal health care is expensive. We are spoiled by our government funded human health care. The staff are quite good at telling you the cost ahead of time, as best they can. I highly recommend this clinic. RID: 59374
Click to report rating    10/2/14   2     2     1     1   I experienced the worst animal health care in Regina at this clinic. Never again will I take my dogs into this so called hospital. RID: 53859
3/20/14   3     3     1     3   This clinic is Okay, it has really went down hill since Dr. Randal sold it. The vet techs are extremely rude and fake, as I seen there attitude change after talking with me. I bring my dog in for Laser therapy all the time and can't help but notice how the staff treat one another. The vets are good, especially Dr. Van Parys, she is the only one I have seen lately. RID: 50603
Click to report rating    7/31/11   5     4     5     5   I have had opportunity to use this clinic, over the last few years. Just last week, we put our 15 year old dog, to sleep. Melissa, the vet, was very compasionate. Anwswered all our questions and took the time to comfort us as well as made Bailey, the dog, feel at ease. I would recommend this clinc to anyone, who has a pet. RID: 26608
