Abusive, no other words for it. Both towards me and my pet! If my pet was dead, I wouldn't take it to this place!!!! I followed their instructions completely then they blamed me for doing exactly what they told me to do, tried to LIE about it (I had the proof!) Go to Winrose just down the road, they were TERRIFIC!

Dr Beggs is the kind of vet that makes me wish she was my own doctor. She’s not snobby, ACTUALLY listens to me, is professional and not FAKE!! She makes solid recommendations but doesn’t get upset if I choose something different. I’ve recommended her to other people and it’s the same for them. Hard to find!!!

I really don't have an excessive amount of experience with this hospital, as I have only had to bring Mia (my young cat) here twice, but I can honestly say I felt as though everyone I met and spoke with had her best interest in mind, as well as mine. Not only was the treatment and examination thorough, but I also felt as though they did everything they could for me financially too. After both experiences having been so good for not only me but more importantly Mia, I can comfortly recommend this vetrinary hospital to anyone with a feline in need. Hopefully I won't have to bring her in again, but if I do it will undoubtedly be here.

My Daisy was 13 years and besides the first 6 months of her life, we used this clinic. I had to say good-bye today and it sucked. However the people at this clinic made it less painful. Dr. Kramer has always called and checked up on my dogs when needed. He tells you the facts and no shangigins. He grieved with me today. He had tears in his eyes as we talked about my precious Daisy! Thank you! You are good people. My Hershey will continue to see you even though I live 40 minutes out of the city!

This is our new clinic after using another one nearby. This clinic offers great value, nice staff, and facilities that, while not gleaming, are completely functional. Highly recommended.

Dr Kremer is the best,very knowledgeable, returns phone calls promptly,has no problem answering any questions and never makes us feel rushed.The staff at the clinic are all very professional and friendly.

Did not have a great experience here. The vet (lady) was very unsure as to what might be wrong with my cat, she thought the cat has swallowed something and ordered the surgery, after the cat was opened up, they did not find anything. My cat ended up having a surgery that was not needed and I ended up with big bill. Will not go back there.

Dr. Snarr is amazing as are the rest of the staff. My 12 year old Cocker Spanial was very sick. I called the clinic and Dr. Snarr was fully booked so I went booked with another vet. She saw the seriousness of the condition and left the room. Dr. Snarr and Brenda stopped what they were doing so that they could put my beloved pet to sleep. I didn't have the words to thank Dr. Snarr for taking the time to be the one to comfort my dog and me. When I went back to see Dr. Snarr with my next pup, he was running late. When he came in to the room he sincerley apologized. Again, I didn't have the words to thank him and let him know that I knew he was late because he was treating another animal and family with compassion and humanity and that I would wait for him for hours.

I won't. Take my cats anywhere else. Tim kraemer is the best. I had to take one of my cats to southglen vet on a Sunday. I regret doing that I beleave more care would have been given if I took my cat to tim. He's. Seen my other 2 and found something that south glen vet missed after I showed him the blood work results from that cat I took 2 south glen vet. Bottom line he knows his stuff. More knowledgeable then other vets I've been to.

I have to say when we brought our dog to the clinic the people here were so great. We brought our dog there to be put down. Nothing but nice staff that took the time to comfort us during such a tough time.

The staff in all areas of this clinic go above and beyond. They are very knowledgeable, warm and friendly - from the staff at the front desk u to and including the doctors. I do recommend this clinic.

We've been taking our 2 year old pup there since we got him when he was 2 mths old. They were so helpful and patient with me in the first few months - when I was constantly concerned. When I freaked out with his first tick - they told me to come in, removed it and showed me how to do it in the future (for no charge). When he ate poison mosquito coils and had to be forced to throw up - they go me in within minutes and were very professional with both of us. I would trust them with my furbaby and will go there for years to come. I will agree that they are a bit pricey (but you get what you pay for) and on the routine appointments I've had to wait awhile (usually because of an emergency with another dog - which I totally understand - since I had been that person before).

My dog has had eye surgery and another time had dental surgery. I was very pleased with the prices and I checked around. Dr. Kramer is great and did excellent surgery on my dog. I had gone to Winrose Vet and very dissapointed. I will keep St. Vital Vet and Dr. Kramer as long as I can, I have to move, but hope I can find a home that is still close to this end of the city. I rate them 100%. They will not over charge or do test that don't need to be done unless necessary. I trust them.

After seeing several vets for our two dogs, my husband and I now will only see Dr. Kraemer since we have been thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and how much he truly cares about our pets.

Our family has had dogs for 30 years, in three cities and provinces! Vets are just as important to us as our medical doctors, and we've been very lucky to have enjoyed healthy happy dogs, because of the vets at St.Vital. The entire staff are incredibly professional, and so compassionate at the same time - its such a comfortable environment! You are welcomed with big smiles (pets first!), our present puppy may as well be the only dog on earth when you walk through that door. The expertise and advice of Dr.Snarr in particular (our vet) are highly regarded. I would trust this clinical staff to make the right decision in any circumstance. Of all the things to worry about with a new puppy or an old and ill faithful friend, it is awesome to be able to come to this staff and know they care, and will give you 100% honest care. No strings attached and no pushy sales. I keep taking my best friends here, and I can't think of a better rating than that!

The place is clean, the front staff is very friendly, but the amount you get charged is nuts.I called to find out the price of a dental check, they told me if the vet doesn't do it then it's no charge, well to my surprise I got charged even though it was a tech, because she had to consult the vet about the tooth.$100.00 bucks later I was furious,called and complained and got the office manager on the phone,talk about attitude,thinking her**** doesn't smell.Anyway to make a long story short, it makes 6 yrs now that I took my animals out of there, going to a new vet hosp,Winrose, and the service there is beyond fantastic, they know your name, they know your dog's name and don't just call it poochie,like dr. snarr did. I only have bad experience with that place and will never return, no matter how sick my animals are.Glad i changed hosp, even my dog's deminer changed since i don't go there anymore.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they love the animals they treat. The vets are smart, funny and passionate. The place is REMARKABLY clean, very well maintained! Pricing is a little high, but vet bills are always a little hard to swallow!

Average service, extremely above average pricing. We didn't get past the first exam for our puppy because the quote we got on the phone and the amount we got billed were quite different, in fact it doubled. Then they wanted $800 more to spay the dog in a few weeks, but only after a couple more redundant visits were scheduled. I don't even pay that much for lawyers.

I am very sad at the loss of my pet but I am very disappointed in the vet (not my regular one) who "hosed" me big time. Pet was ill....prints out estimate of service 500. We agreed that she would do blood collection ($19.50) and rehydrate the animal (52.50). That is not what transpired.The pet was old and I was told after the blood work was done and hydration that it would be$230 for ultrasound, 1500 for surgery. I had told her that I couln't afford the tests in the inital estimate so why wouldn't she have told me then that surgery and ultrasound were that expensive. Anyways I will no longer take my pets to this hospital as I feel that she took advantage of me when I was most vulnerable. The end bill for a dead cat some of which I agreed to was $575. I feel they overcharged me by $200. Very disappointed in this particular vet.

The staff here are really a caring group of people, from the receptionists to the doctors. One thing that really stood out right away was how clean everything is. Drs. Snarr, Beggs, Wilson and Kraemar have been so wonderful to my dog and cats. Great jobs, everyone, and keep up the great work!

My dog was refused treatment at this clinic. I arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment on Sept X. The young staff member was very uncomfortable with me and asked me to leave. My dog is a overly friendly Lab and did not cause any issues with the staff or other customers in the waiting room. I am not sure what kind of people refuse to treat an animal but this long term customer will never return to this "Animal Hospital"

I liked this vet hospital. It was crazy clean inside, and didn't smell like dog crap. I saw the asian vet. She was running behind, but she was super friendly and didn't try and up sell me, and my dog really liked her! Overall, i guess i can't get upset at waiting 15 minutes, because she spent a full half hour with me and gave my dog a super complete exam. The staff is a bit chatty and disorganized, but they seemed genuinely nice and interested in my dog.
