DO NOT GO HERE!!! They almost killed my cat, misdiagnosed and ignored the symptoms. They are more interested in selling you services and products than helping your pet. I suspect the vet knew what was causing my cats urinary blockage but seemed too lazy to want to perform any procedure, instead sending me home with special food and telling me to go to the emergency in the morning! The only thing keeping this incompetent vet in business is the location.

If I say to much I will be on a tirade and I'm not that guy so I will limit my experience to...Not FriFriendly, apathetic, entitled, cash grab, vet who doesn't seem to have any affection for animals but loves condescending.

Dr. Jeong Rae KIM charged me $285.60 for 2 shots and a urinalysis for my cat. Overpriced? Ya think. Horrible bed side manner, did not care at all. Stay clear of this place.

The vet techs who work behind the counter are really kind and willing to explain everything and answer any questions. I also find Dr. Kim really kind and practical. He tells you a lot about what is going on and gives you instructions on how to help your pet yourself. I think they've done a great job updating the place too since Dr. Kim took over. I often show up early to the appointments and the usually get me in almost immediately after I get there. Sometimes I've been able to be home before my appointment was even scheduled to start! I actually find that they do a good job figuring out the urgency for the visit. When my cat was less sick, I had to wait a day, but when he was really sick, I was able to come in immediately.

I always go and buy my dog food there. Everyone is very nice at the front counter. Once I came home from work with blood all over my house in my dogs feces. I was FREAKING. I wanted to take her there because it was close and I liked the people although it was not her regular vet. I was told they were busy and their next appointment was in a few days. They didnt seem the least bit concerned about my dogs life or health in my opinion. I agree with the above post that they came across as strictly interested in money.

I miss Dr. Lynch, she was amazing! But the staff is still there and they're wonderful! And so far i've been extremely happy with the care my pets(cats and dog) have received from Dr. Kim. I've been to cheaper vets in the past who've been absolutely awful, and more expensive ones who've also been horrible. I find Urban's prices reasonable and they've never tried to up-sale any service or product to me. And on that note, the vets have taken the time to explain the illness and medication to me, and that's really important. All my pets are old, and have some ailment or another. I would recommend Urban to others.

The women vet was retired last March but great staff still work there. They including new vet are always kind and do their best to care of pets. Facilities was renovated recently and installed new machines. Recommend to visit there.

The woman vet seems more concerned with $ than caring for my cat.Staff at counter are always great.I find it odd that the vets cat died young.

This facility doesn't really care about the animals. I took my dog here for 2 1/2 years for regular checkups BUT when I really needed to bring him in because he was coughing and throwing up...I was told the staff were to busy to see him until late afternoon. They refused to squeeze in a loyal client. I told them it was time to find another Vet and I did...YaleTown Pet Hospital!!! Urban is convenient but when you really need them they will let you and your fur child down. Who needs that?
