WARNING!! My nightmare vets came true when I took my sick pet here??. Be ready to empty your purse or wallet. Don’t be fooled by the over polite receptionist or kindly demeanour of the vet. We were ripped off big time!! First consultant fee, then overpriced meds, then more tests, X-rays then more specialist review of X-ray which was basically same as what vet had described. Nearly $800 later we were no further ahead. She talks a lot of fluff and air. No concrete diagnoses. Just that more tests needed for more hundreds of dollars! Very unhappy with the care. Or should I say lack of care. Left with the same sick pet that I came with. Definitely a Woolf in sheep’s Clothing. You have been warned

This vet was negligent, and as a result my parents have lost their beautiful, smart Woodle at only 11 months old. Do NOT take your dog here to be spayed. The staff is clearly not experienced enough to handle basic surgeries. Please choose a different vet.

Since the new owner has taken over the clinic they have gone through an insane amount of staff members. For me at least this is a BIG red flag. Not to mention prices have gone up a lot as well. After shopping around it wasnt hard to find other nearby clinics with way better prices and even just general services. So, in my mind at least CG is now mediocre at best. I personally will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Crazy staff turn over since the new owner took over. New staff is young and unknowledgeable. Desperate?
Definitely will be going to aldergrove animal hospital up the road. Better CONSISTENT pricing as well.

This clinic was taken over by Dr. Jessica Wolfe in the fall of 2017. Although she is a reasonably good DVM, her management skills are extremely lacking, and prices are comparable to a downtown vet clinic as opposed to a small-town Aldergrove veterinary clinic. Original staff was stellar, but all quit as they became frustrated with her leadership skills. Sadly a good doctor does not necessarily make a good practice manager.

Dr. Carnes and his staff are a wonderful group; always friendly and caring. The clinic has a welcoming home kind of a feel which has helped tremendously with my nervous pets. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I've been taking my dog to the Country Grove Vetrinary Clinic for over 3 years now and I've always been impressed with their service; the staff are great, there's never a long wait and Dr. Carnes is an excellent vet.

Dr Carnes and his staff have taken care of our family pets - from hamsters to cockatiels, cats and dogs for over 20 years, always providing compassionate care and excellent service. I live in Cloverdale now and still drive to Aldergrove to get good care for my aging lab.

Excellent Clinic. Dr carnes has been our vet for 15 years or so and really cares about each animal. Very thorough and intelligent.

Terrific staff who really genuinely care about the animals. We were treated with great compassion and flexibility. The doctor was extremely skilled taking blood from my very senior cat (with fragile tiny veins)-- she didn't even flinch! The staff take a genuine interest in our pets, and treat the animals with respect and kindness. I highly recommend Country Grove!

I have been taking all my cats to them for years. The Dr does call with results and explains everything to you. They dont run crazy tests on older animals for no reason and will try medication before suggesting anything else. I would recommend them to anyone who loves there animals

Staff are always helpful and caring. They go the extra mile. The Vet calls you with test results in a timely manner. He is through and treats you and your pet with respect. No one tries to 'up-sell' you with unessessary items or services. My dogs love going there!
