	9/28/09	4	5	5	5	Reception staff is fine, Andrea (tech) is extremely helpful and caring. Dr. Charles is nice, but can be a bit abrasive She always has the animal's best interest at heart. All in all, a great place to take your pet for regular care. The brand new office and equipment are a big plus in making a quick and reliable diagnosis.
