    | | 4/30/12 | 5 | 4 | 4 | 3 | I can not say enough about the care my dog recieved at this clinic. My dog had a knee surgery and the staff was amazing. Dr. Turner did a great job and made me feel very comfortable in the consult prior to surgery. His surgical staff where so kind and compasionate. They even called a week later to check on my pet. It is a little expensive but you get what you pay for. | |
    | | 2/6/11 | 1 | 2 | 1 | 1 | Very expensive care delivered without compassion. The reception staff acts indifferent and lets you sit there way too long instead of putting you in a room. There's one good doctor there who has gotten way too stretched as she ends up spending so much time telling the residents they have on staff what they should be doing. Their internist, Dr. Norton, lacks people skills and doesn't handle pets very gently. When my cat was in the hospital, I'd call him for updates since he was supposed to be the doctor in charge and he told me he didn't know how he was doing, as he hadn't been back there lately. This happened a few times. I also recently let one of my cats go there. They charged almost $200 for euthanasia, and while I was with my cat saying goodbye to her, a vet tech just walked in on us while looking for a doctor. Alot of the staff lacks respect for the patients and clients; these people need sensitivity training. This hospital's focus shifted to fees, not compassionate care. | |
    | | 10/3/10 | 4 | 5 | 1 | 1 | Horrible punctuality. Several doctors require leaving pet caged all day so they can see at their convenience. Stressful for my pet. Outcome of dog knee surgery still pending after four months! Other three dog knee surgeries done on my and friends dogs at other clinics full recovery at 8 weeks and less expensive. | |
    | | 8/22/09 | 3 | 4 | 4 | 1 | Only use for after-hours emergencies unless you're prepared to get a second job to pay the vet bill. Fees too high even for this over-priced profession. Even to shave off a single hair mat (took a few seconds) cost an extra $29 over the office fee, and was billed as a "clip & groom" although the animal was not even combed. | | | |
