Moved to area & took dogs - charged outrageous prices for two nail trims & anal expression. Lectured whole time like I was an idiot. He didn't cut all the nails on the dogs, and others he cut too much & they were bleeding in my car. The vet is the one who did all this, not staff. Didn't spray my dog's rear after cleaning with spray that gets rid of odor from the emptying and also must comfort dog. My dog ended up licking and licking and got an infection. Never went back.
