Have been bringing my cats here for almost 15 years. The first cat I brought had previosly had surgery for cancer at another animal hospital. That doctor hadn't removed it all, but Dr. Silberhorn found it, removed what remained, and my elderly cat lived several more years. All the staff are warm, caring, and genuinely love animals. Prices are a little bit high, but worth it. Sometimes you have to wait, but emergencies happen everywhere, and when it's your turn, the doctors will give you all the time you need. I live in another state and drive the 35 minutes to Norton as I can't imagine bringing my babies anywhere else.

We have been bringing our cats and dogs here for close to 20 years. This is a first rate facility with first rate people.

I love NAH, they have been taking care of my cats and dogs for over 5 years. They love my animals and are always on time when it comes to appointments and reminders. The prices are a little high but when it comes to my "fur kids" I want to take care of them and they are happy there!

I have been very happy with Norton Animal Hospital. Great Surgeons! I have saved money not needing to go to specialists because the Vets at Norton have been able to take care my pets special needs (eye and orthopedic surgery)and done a great job. Thank You!

The person complaining that he has his dogs coming here for years has been seen in '06 and then in'08 - both dogs are not up to date on vaccines and the lyme disease issue is due to the fact that the pets were unprotected. One flea application on each dog does not protect from a flea infestion which is probably in the house. If we can not have at the very least an annual visit to discuss preventative medicine then these are the types of issues that come up.

Norton Animal Hospital in Norton is not a place I would recommend. I have been going there for years, Had one dog with lyme disease, they charged me hundreds of dollars to help him, he lived another month then died, recently went there and spent over $35 bucks for frontline for just 2 small tubes for my dogs, 2 weeks later they had fleas, they had no explaination except to try to get my dogs in there and run up another bill instead of refunding me. DONE!!

during a routine visit the Dr told me my cat had a galloping heart rate but it was nothing to worry about. 3 weeks later she was euthanized due to fluid in her chest due to heart problems. If you love your animal, bring it somewhere else.

Staff is rude and incompetent. Our puppy was very ill from the getgo...she was losing weight and remained at 10lbs when she should have been at least 28...I am convinced if she had remained in the care of NAH she would have died. BEWARE...go elsewhere. If you do go here...take lots of money (EXTREMELY overinflated prices) and make sure you have time to wait and wait and wait. Also, CHeck the prescriptions carefully as been known to dispense wrong medication and/or incorrect dosage.

This vet took care of my animals for over 30 years, until I moved to Maine. Good, caring, dedicated people.
