I am a new client at The Cat Care Clinic and I wanted to post because of the great experience
I had with my first visits. My cat, Snickers, had a routine visit and the doctor noticed some
problems with his teeth and recommended a dental. I was very nervous about the dental, but the
doctor explained the procedure to me and then an assistant showed me a presentation about what
was involved. I went ahead and had Snickers teeth taken care of and was told that he required
a couple of extractions due to some type of erosion in his teeth. The doctor called me after the
procedure and someone else followed up the next day. I have never had a vet clinic spend as
much time with me or explain things as thoroughly. I’m thrilled I found the Cat Care Clinic!

My cats have been patients at the Cat care clinic for many years. One of my girls gets a little cranky (she bites actually) and they always treat her well even though she hates them. I would never go anywhere else!

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Wexler for years and have been extremely happy with their service! The staff is both knowledgable and very caring. All of the doctors go above and beyond! My male has been blocked and has urinary issues that have been controlled with all of their recommendations. I would NEVER go anywhere else!!!

Dr Elaine Wexler Mitchell was issued a citiation and fine for violation of California law (unprofessional conduct) by the Calif. Veterinary Board, No. 1853-C,SV 2006 473. In Feb 2006, a client's cat "Oliver" was sedated for grooming by Dr Wexler. Oliver didn't recover from the sedation and died at the Clinic. His owner requested cremation. But instead, Dr. Wexler performed a necropsy on Oliver WITHOUT the owner's knowledge or permission. It's unlawful for a Vet to disregard the decisions of a cat owner/client, and to act on their own without the consent of the client for any service/procedure...to deceive and conceal their conduct from the cat owner (assume client won't find out). A Vet must comply with and RESPECT your decisions for your cat's care!! If your cat's Vet violates your trust, find another Vet that is honest, TRUSTWORTHY and RESPECTS cat owners! Your Vet must respect you as a client and the dignity of your cat! Don't tolerate a Vet's misconduct! SoCal Cat Lovers

I've been taking my cats here for at least 15 years and have had the BEST care for my cats ever! All of the staff and vets are caring and knowledgeable about cats. It is a 40 minute drive for me to get to this clinic but that is indicative of how highly I value the care at this facility. It is located in a strip mall area but don't let that give you a false impression of the top quality care you receive from these vets. Prices are appropriate and the services provided are stellar. If you have a cat and live in southern CA this is where you need to go for your cat's care.

This is an excellent facility. I have been taking my cats here for 10 years, and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and caring, and doctors' love for cats is very apparent. They are always very patient, even with my very difficult to treat cat. I trust the doctor's opinion, and never feel like they recommend unnecessary treatment just to be able to charge more fees. Again , a highly recommended cats-only facility.
