This facility was horrible to my dog. I came in to have spots checked that were on his belly and they told me it was nothing. Next day we went to another vet and he was diagnosed and treated for a staff infection. There were pulses written on his charts and a stethoscope was never used! They falsified information and disregarding my concerns turned into neglect. When I called to get my money back I was ignored for months. I persistently called and was finally told that I didn't know what I was looking at and they wouldn't pay me back. The receptionist Karen, was so rude and consistently interrupted me. If you care at all for your pet I would never go here!
