Poor care, only concerned about money. They do unnecessary tests to make more money. With hold needed medications, unless you do the tests they recommend! Very unprofessional. Will never take my pets here again.

Gillian and her staff handled my dogs emergency with the ugency and care. They mad the decsion quickly on the course of action required and explained them clearyly to my wife so she could make an informed decision. After my dog was transferred to PEI they staff still kept tabs on my dogs progess and were still there to help my wife and myself with the decisions.

After no improvement in a yeast infection in my dog's ear, I went for a second opinion. My dog's ears were matted with hair - and when that hair was removed, she improved rapidly - without expensive medications. Failure to do the most basic step in helping my dog be comfortable, but giving me expensive medication that could not be effective until her ears were clear has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Everyone was very nice, but the bottom line was that my little dog was allowed to be miserable when a thorough grooming step would have helped (and yes, I did have them groom her, hoping that would help.)
