These people are seriously amazing. They really care about the patients and their owners. They always go above and beyond in terms of care for animals. My dogs love the staff members, they get so excited when we pull into the parking lot! If you want excellent care for a price you can afford then you should definitely check out Telegraph Canyon, you wont be disappointed!

I had the worst experience. I waited a long time for an appointment and had to drive 40 miles round trip. I had two cats spayed. The stitches came out of one of the cats. I called the vet immediately. They said that the next available time would be 5pm. I called in the morning. What happened to emergency care. I took my cat in. They ran up the bill with small charges. To have them spayed, it costs $117 but to have the vet redo the cat's stitches, it was an additional $250 charge. The instructions state to bring the cat in immediately if the stitches come out for a small charge. To me, $250 is not a small charge. I guess to vets who make so much money, $250 is a little charge. I chose this place since it was a cheaper option. However, I have paid three times the amount if I just chose a different, closer place. WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS VET!!

Telegraph Canyon Animal Medical Centeris a Very Caring and Competent Clinic! Dr. Henderson is such a wonderful Vet! All the Docs and Staff are Very Knowlegable, Kind, and Honest! They treat my babies like their own. The Vets go out of their way for find answers. Dr. Jordan spent hours on the internet on her own time to find what the growths were on my kitten's face. They give you honest input if your pet is sick. They DON'T "Try to run up the bill" and are very caring and reassuring especially with "hard decisions" and "quality of life" questions. I have used this clinic for many years and I have NEVER had poor care!

friendly, trustworthy, knowledgable and they love their patients, customers and their work. my dogs have been going there for 12 years and i would not consider taking them anywhere else except in an after hours emergency. they know me and my dogs by name on sight, and it seems they have this relationship with lots of their clients. we're extremely lucky to have this clinic and now that it's remodeled and expanded it's truly a beautiful place.

In one word - AMAZING! The staff and Doctors are very friendly and informative. They really do treat your animals as their own. I have never had a bad experience with them....my dog even enjoys his visits there!

Extremely friendly staff. I had my dog neutered there and took him back for shots and they remembered him by sight. I was very impressed. I honestly get the feeling that the animal comes before the business with this group of vets. I recently took him back because he was attacked by another dog, very very deep wound. They did the surgery and provided several check ups at no add'l cost after the fact. There are hundreds of vets who are closer to my home, but I wouldn't switch for anything.

Dr Henderson is the best vet out there! Her staff is very friendly. My dog just loves them, they treat her as if she were their own and they always give her extra treats. She has the best prices around and doesn't overcharge for anything. No uneeded treatments! I refer all my friends there! If you take your pet their you can rest assured knowing you are getting the best care available for the lowest price around!

Cheap, Professional, clean , and courtious. My dog got parvo, and this vet charged 700.00 for 5 days worth of care. inpatient. and good care. I was amazed. Highly recommended. OH and my dog lived. That is saying something.
