Click to report rating    6/1/17   1     5     1     1   Dr. Tia Perry misdiagnosed our GSD and prescribed him 5 different medications, only to find out day later he had a UTI. She then prescribed an antibiotic, bringing the med count to 6 different ones. She never told us to discontinue the first 5 meds she wrongly prescribed. She's an over medicater, only trying to make a quick buck. I think they're trying to pay for that fancy pet resort they just built at the expense of the health of innocent animals. Will NEVER go back!! RID: 63802
Click to report rating    2/16/15   1     1     3     1   Severely injured dog during exam with unnecessary rough handling. Russo misdiagnosed another dog as terrible disease while grinning crazily. Place is a madhouse. Dolan is vindictive when she does not get her way. Avoid. RID: 55911

Click to report rating    6/30/08   3     3     3     1   I don't know if all Clinics are like this but when we have a "pet emergency" we may not have the money up front to pay the doctor. Well, Cumberland Valley is known to turn away injured and sick pets because their owner is not able to pay first. Also, their prices are way over the top. Very expensive. RID: 9111
Click to report rating    8/13/07   1     3     3     1   Dr. Russen treated my dog about 2 yrs ago for antifreeze poisoning & was very nasty to me. The lead tech 9don't know her name) told me to go to another hospital to get the antidote (the dog would've died if I waited). Fortunately, Park Animal Cirle had the serum. I stopped going there after that horrible incident. Most of the vets that I have seen there seem mediocre & it has grown to the point they are impersonal & very expensive now. RID: 5575
Click to report rating    5/8/07   5     5     4     5   All the vets that I have seen at this clinic have been good. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. RID: 3822
