Our cat was being treated for high blood pressure.Readings were 197-203 VERY high. Each test we were told if the reading normal we'd get a call fr/front desk/tech. If not normal, we'd get a call fr/the vet THAT DAY.NEVER HAPPENED. 2 months we tried to talk to Dr. Delvecchio by phone. We'd call being told we were on callback list for that day, they'd give msg in person, put 1 on his desk, for callback. Instead we received email up to 3 days later. If you aren't going to talk to the client be honest tell them. Treat your paying client with respect! The issue wasn't resolved after 2 months of email. We went to another vet.The vet altered the medications.1 wk later blood pressure test came back normal. Vet called me right after the blood pressure test was taken told me it was normal continue as you have been doing. A 2nd blood pressure reading was taken a week later. Normal, the vet called me directly right after the test was given with the same update. That is how you treat your clients.

FORGET THIS CLINIC!!! It is NOT Dr. Martin's anymore! Michael Sagartz replaced Dr. Martin, adn Sagartz killed my dog by performing a surgery even I knew to be too risky. He assured me it would be OK, and my dog was dead within 2 1/2 days of the surgery. This guy Sagartz just bought Dr. Martin's practice and no doubt needs the money to pay for it. Hence, unnecessary, even deadly, surgery. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC! Again, it is NO LONGER Dr. MARTINS!

Totally positive experience in every way. I am told they will soon be adding another vet so that they can be open on weekends as well.

The staff here are true professionals who have been with this office for years. They love what they do and it shows in many ways. Dr. Martin is amazing. He has treated my dog and many, many of my friends. Many people have turned to Dr. Martin and his staff for help to solve problems that other Veterinarians were unable to do! And the price is perfect. Other Dr's told it would take thousands of dollars where Parkview Pet Clinic charged a small percentage in comparison. You will love this vet and the staff here.
