The entire staff, the Facility, and the very considerate care is Tremendous!!! I have been bringing my cats here for many years and they always receive the best care!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Them.

the male vet picked my cat's teeth w/dental instrument made for people. a few months later her two fang teeth fell out. i never took her back there again. the staff is rude and do not like the job.

I have been going to NSAH for about 9 years now and there never once has been a time where i have been unhappy with anything that have done or diagnosed in any of my dogs. The Dr's are wonderful the staff is very helpful just all around a great place.

Welcoming crew needs a raise.RUDE on phone and not very happy to see you. Technicians and doctors are wonderful. When it came time to pay. Woman was wonderful. I will be back

Their staff is knowledgable and friendly, with sound advice. I've never felt uncomfortable with a diagnosis. Their facilities are clean (I always see someone cleaning), well stocked, and adequate. Sometimes they run a little behind--but so do I! They are moderately priced, but they don't charge for every little thing so that's why I gave a 4 rating on that one. I travel over 15 miles to go to NSAH because they've always treated me and my dogs right, and they've always given sound, honest diagnoses.
