Click to report rating    4/21/15   5     5     5     5   I have brought both my dogs here to see both vets. Agnes was wonderful and patient with my rather skittish boy, and Marty was also excellent with my bigger lab. The facilities are clean and tidy, and all the staff are wonderful. I find their prices agreeable if not cheaper than other clinics. I will absolutely continue bringing my dogs here. RID: 56724
Click to report rating    1/19/15   5     5     5     5   Amazing service, I do not personally go here but my sister does. The doctors practically saved her cat. I have come here a few times to buy food for her, and the staff is exceptional, and very informative RID: 55530
Click to report rating    10/19/14   5     5     5     5   I have 2 older dogs and 3 cat! Yup I'm an animal lover, I used to take my " kids" to another vet clinic but found it to be too busy and the vet while still great was also to busy. One day we had an emergency with my eldest dog, we elected to take to to cranston as it was close..Dr Marty fantastic, we arrived just minute from closing..and Marty had my little guy diagnosed..on meds and well on his way to recovery..from then on we decided to give Marty and his clinic a try..I'm involved in medicine myself and am VERY picky ( like most of you ) when it come to my kids.thru the months, Marty has picked up, diagnosed and corrected my older dogs knee, which the previous vet misdiagnosed!! Discovered my little one has a form of leukaemia..after examining him once..oh and SAVING his life ..by the way..and now has again saved my older dog by catch his diabetes very early!! We have had a lot of health issues with our pups over the year! Marty is a consummate professional he takes time to explain RID: 54163
6/2/14   1     3     4     1   I will never EVER take my dog to see Martin Bauer - veterinarian at Cranston animal clinic. I could not believe how he treated my dog in front of me! I went in there to get my puppies I checked for infection and he slammed her down on the table , was yelling and then threw the dispenser bottle across the room almost hitting his attendant because she was standing near the sink! I have never seen someone with such bad patience around animals and can't even imagine what he would be like around my dog without me in the room. He even had the nerve to be mad that he got dye on his white coat. Very abusive and a complete disgrace to have in the Cranston community. Do not take your pet here! RID: 51915
Click to report rating    7/16/12   3     4     5     1   After seeing my 5 year old Golden, Dr Childs failed to diagnose a torn ligament, and told me she would never get any better. Glad I didn't listen to him! She just had surgery and is already 75% better than she was before the surgery. Dr Childs basically told me she should be put down. I know he's an award winning vet, but at 83, it may be time to retire if this is the thoroughness of his diagnosis. RID: 35676
