i used this clinic for yrs. unfortunately i feel as the volume increased the level of care decreased. there are dust bunnies and i have been and the back area where it is over crowded with more then 2 people. dr. hartmann is wonderful however her ability to see pets in a timely fashion is severely hampered by their part time staff or/and the non professional staff. there is no overnight care so you have to transfer to a hospital facility. i noted on web it says monitored overnight care this should be changed.for your dollar you can do so much better for your animal.

I have several veterinary clinics in my area and this is the only one that I would bring my pets to-Dr Hartman is fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgable about all different types of animals (I had rabbits)and very compassionate. They can always fit you in if you need to be seen right away and the outer staff if very friendly and professional. I completely trust them with my pets.

Staff is great and very knowledgeable. They are available by telephone for follow-up and I've never had a problem getting an appointment quickly if need be. They don't rush you and don't keep you waiting a long time. They do care about your pets.
