I wish I had read more reviews before I went to this Vet, but I should have known. Annual shot for my dog at $25.50 turns into $161.00 I asked a question about her eye and it turned into a OFFICE VIST. Could you have told me first?? Otherwise, here is your shot, now see ya! but nooooo, hit with a $45 office visit that I refused to pay. They gave me back my $45 after I CALMLY told the receptionist I would not pay and that this is not directed at you. I understand she said. Now, I have been told after many years not to return. bye bye unprofessional

I have been going here for 20 years and my cat got hit by a car and because i didnt have all the money up front they wouldnt help me! thats pretty piss poor customer service. I dont reccomend anyone to go here, especially if they love their animals!

When I was on vacation and my dog got sick, I drove 600 miles to see Dr. Talley. If that alone doesn't say something then I will tell you that Dr. Talley saved my dog from an ugly fungal infection called Valley Fever that most doctors probably would never have diagnosed. I would say that the single most important factor for vets helping a critically injured animal is the time period from the start of symptoms till the owner takes them to the vet. Negative comments usually come from owners who have waited too long to take their animals to the vet and expect the vet to perform miracles. You won't find a more competent staff. As far as price, you get what you pay for. You can always buy pet insurance so you don't have to worry.

Dr. Buntrock and everyone who works there makes me feel like they care about my pets as much as I do. They don't mind if you question them about why they recommend a certain course of action. Always very helpful.

My in-laws had taken all their pets to see Dr Buntrock since they opened and had nothing but wonderful comments about their experience there. My husband and I have a cat and a dog and would not consider taking them anywhere else. They have always been caring and respectful to our family. The staff has also been friendly and courteous every time I call or go in.

I have to say that I have been using San Juan Vet for over 1 years and I have never had any issue. The comment below said that Sherry was rude but she has been nothing but helpful to me and my animals. My name is Sybil Ann Quilici Hansen and i would back this Vet in any situation. One of my dogs has been through two surgeries one for a c-section and one for removal of her right shoulder due to cancer. They gave me the best service and very competitive prices. Kodiak is not 13 and still under there care and I would not have it any other way. Maya Kodiak's daughter has only been to san juan starting at her 3 day in life. My favorite vet is Doctor Larry Buntrock I just love his way of doing thing. Now his wife is great also but you always have your favorite. I rate them a 10 and if they do talk behind our back like the pervious bad comment wrote you tell me what company does not talk about there customers good or bad especially the bad ones. I couldn't disagree more with the person who left the negative comment. I don't know anyone in this office personally, but what I do know is that I have used this vet hospital for the past four years and have had nothing but a positive experience every time. I am a very picky person when it comes to the care of my family and that includes the care of our family pets. The price has been more than reasonable every single time and I have received wonderful care for my animals. I have even left there with a bill as little as 25 cents. The cost of a single pill for my puppy. The staff all have been friendly and caring. I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital. I can not express the grattitude that I have for these people. They have always been flexible, caring and helpful, while never leaving me with the feeling of being ripped off

This veterinarian treated my cats for over 20 years. I wish I could have brought him and his staff with me when I moved to New Mexico.

I've been using San Juan Vets for about 10 years. Their compassion is outstanding and they really care about our pets. Dr. Buntrock and his wife Dr. Tally are two of the most knowledgeable vets I have found. Sherry and the rest of the staff are great with the clients (both 2 and 4 legged) and can always find an appointment for you in an emergency. YOU GUYS ROCK AT SAN JUAN VET CLINIC!!

I have been taking my family pets to this Vet hospital for over 18 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else like I trust Dr. Larry Buntrock and all of his staff!!!
