Kind, caring and compassionate! Dr's Joe & Wendy as well as their staff have always done their very best to care for my dog. Always working us in when they can, which is often, thanks to an immune disorder and allergies. What prompted me to write a review was the compassion they showed a family who found two kittens that had been severely injured, not wanting them to suffer, they rushed them over to Heidt's and they humanely euthanized the poor kittens at no charge to the family. The proved they are not in this for the money (euthanizing is expensive!), but in it to show compassion to animals and people in tragic situations. "Good" is not sufficient for this rating, as they are an EXCELLENT group of people!
