They think so much of themselves. They need to drop their ego's. They could be a little more pleasant to the people, I agree.

From the receptionists at the desk to the male "assistant", I felt that I was being abused. Dr. Drazner feels that his clients are a pain. If the animals could walk in their on their own, the whole place would be happier. But when they have to deal with people, they do not know how to interact. And I feel that they punish the animal because of their misperceived ideas of what the animal's owner has said or done. Ask Dr Drazner if he's "sure" about the diagnosis, meaning that's a relief if it isn't something serious, and he berates you by booming that he's "the expert." Big ego problems at this place!

Dr. Junkas is great! She has been my vet for 5 years. She is honest and compasionate. She truely cares about your pet. She is a great person who is very intellegant. She does everything in her power to provide the best care to all animals, from a little hamster, to the 100 lb Rott. She goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy and your pet is healthy. I'm glad she's my vet, and my pets are, too!
