4 years ago they had a wonderful staff member who was fabulous. When she moved on, it didn’t feel like the same friendly environment. It’s a husband/wife team; she has always been very kind and helpful and the one I prefer to see. Unfortunately, if you don't get her, it's not worth the trip out there.

I took my young cat to be examined at this place 2 weeks before I scheduled a spaying surgery. At this time I did not know my cat was pregnant with kittens. I told the vet that something was wrong with the cat as she was acting funny, the vet laughed in my face and told me she was too young to even be in heat. When her surgery day came, I took the cat in, and left her for them to take care of. I had my mother pick up the cat because I had to work. When she went in, the cost of the surgery was VERY pricy, so she questioned why. They answered her with "well, we had to abort the kittens." She was very appauled at this because no one knew this cat was pregnant and only TWO WEEKS ago, she was examined by this same clinic. When she stated she didn't know about cats, and why did't they call, they told her they "assumed" we knew because it was "obvious". If it was so obvious, the vet should have known during the first visit!! I'm no expert for sure! They murdered a litter of unborn kittens!!!!
