Thank you Dr Torabi your our favourite Veterinary ever. Your handling of my pet Roxi is very humane. That and being so knolageable. All the staff are great too. My appointment was on time.I put the monetary value at 4 there is always room for improvements.

Dr Torabi is a nice veterinary. I had gotten a new puppy and came to Brittania Heights vet clinic. I got all her vaccines done and then I had her spayed. Dr Torabi did such a nice job. You can not even see the scare. She recovered very well no problems. I would recommend anyone to Brittania Heights vet Clinic.

Dr. Murray is fantastic honest keeps things financially fair and cares very much for the pets I have been going here for 13 years and would recommend him and his helpful staff to anyone the amount of times they have given free advice over the phone saving a visit I can't count the facilities are small but functional

I was very disappointed when I went to this vet clinic, I was new to Ottawa so I called a few places and ended up at this clinic when I walked it the girl at the desk was not very helpful. The clinic its self was very gloomy. Then I waited for a while to see the one Dr that was there and it took me over thirty minutes to be seen and nobody else was in the building. When I finally did see the Dr he had no real interest in my pet did not do a very good exam on her. I would never recommend this clinic to anybody!!

What a great experience, offered help from receptionist, techs very informative and doc explains procedures well. A clinic that goes beyond my expectations.

Wonderful clinic, nothing but the best care, highly recommended. Dr. Murray takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed!
