My mom was gravely ill and i let a bill over 3 months lapse and i was repamanded like a child when i went to my appt which i have three dogs and always paid my bill when i was checked out. This time i forgot my wallet and it lapsed and i paid the whole amt when i checked out with my dog.Since this happened after i was repamanded by his billkeeper Dr Serrai felt was very cold with me after spending over 3000 there in one yr. And i do find him expensive now due to the economy presently. I have elected now to seek another vet due to this behavior.

When there was an emergency with my dog. Doctor Serra fully gave my dog attention and answered my questions and put me at ease.

Dr Serra is really good, the others are ok. Feel kind of rushed there and sometimes the receptionists are morons. Can be expensive for a 15 minute visit (it cost me $180 to get 2 distemper shots and a rabies w/very brief - 10-30 second exams)
