Our pets have been under the care of Dr. Matyia and staff for over 30 years. Chariho Animal Hospital provides excellent medical care, very professional services, and the most compassionate care around. As we just laid to rest our last kitty Blythe, who was over 19 years old, I must say I will no longer need the services of Dr. Matyia and her staff as the pain is too much as we get older.
A heartfelt “thank you” to Dr. Matyia, Mary, and all other staff at Chariho Animal Hospital for a job well done keeping our loved ones healthy all these years.

I have two travel-terrified felines that I've taken here for about 3 years. The doctor and the techs at Chariho are always gentle, accommodating, and thorough. The facility has a separate waiting room for cat owners (yay!). I can't say my cats enjoy ANY vet visits, but here they are spared a lot of stress because of the truly kind and compassionate approach to care. As an ex vet-tech I can be a little hard to impress, but without reservation, I highly recommend Dr. Matyia and her staff.

The best around! She is gentle and spends a lot of time! Our dogs love going to the vet!

Dr Matayia is the best. She is caring, knowledgable, and very thorough. My dog has been going to her for over 7 years and would I nevr take her anyplace else. The staff is equally as caring and friendly. I also feel that the cost of their services is very reasonable for the excellent quality of care that is give.
