Dr. Gail Todd missed 2 critical diagnoses, both ultimately ending in the death of my two Jack Russell terriers: lymphoma (diagnosed as an infection); autoimmune hypothyroidism (diagnosed as an allergy). They encourage annual vaccinations (absolutely NOT necessary for dogs after the second year.) In 12 + years with them, we were never seen at the time of our appointments, often waiting 30-60 minutes to be seen.
