My dog was experiencing a clear medical emergency when I was intake interviewed by their receptionist. She got basic information wrong, then took a personal call replete w/laughter and joking right in the middle of our difficult conversation. Furthermore, the doctor has not yet called back despite his saying he would. 24 hours after the dog was admitted I have no idea how he is doing, and I have left (so far civil) messages.
