Brought a dog there for a friend who recently had a stroke. The dog was fine, but needed heartworm meds. The owner had a balance of $225. She sent me with a $300 check. After the exam, the Vet refused to give the heartworm meds, because there was still a balance owed. She showed no compassion for the owner, nor did she appear to care at all about the dog's health. I helped my friend obtain the meds another way, but I thought the Vet's behavior was disgraceful.

Very accommodating over the years when the worst possible happens-the loss of a pet (family member).
