The vet is great and so are 2 of the techs but I don't like the others. I found them condescending, arrogant, talk down to you like they're above you and they don't listen to specific requests you may have. On one instance, I asked them not to pick up my cat a certain way and they did it anyway making him go nuts. Punctuality is very poor because of their walk in service. When you have an appointment, they put you in a room, ask the problem and say they will tell the vet.(Vet is in next room taking care of a walk in.) Finally, the vet comes in and you explain the problem all over again. I prefer vets where the vet comes and gets you when ready. For simple things they will just "Run her in the back" which I don't like. I like to see how my pet is being handled and know what is going on. They are expensive and office girls try to sell you vaccines, flea and heartworm prevention regardless if you need them and the techs don't seem to know the risks associated with overvaccination or care.
