Took my cat and dog here for years - unfortunately the vet has changed and it's not the same. I moved away 2 years ago but continued to take my pets to this clinic for annual checkups. I usually purchase one year of flea/worm meds but on the last visit I only bought 6 months-big mistake. I was not in town and tried to place an order online but the new vet would not approve the order. Needless to say I was not happy but thought I'm in town for the holidays I will just pick it up then-NOT! They told me that the dog had to be on the meds continuously-and when I told them that she had they questioned me on how that was possible (our annual visit was in Feb and this was Nov). I told them that I buy ahead of time and used the previous amount-they then asked whom I purchased the meds from before- Urgh! Apparently they don't look at the records! Obviously the new vet is more concerned w padding his wallet than the animals. Left message for vet no returned call. Sorry to see this happen!
