As a former military family we have traveled a lot and have to find a new vet in each city. When we were settling down for good in Henderson we were eager to find a permanent vet for our 2 dogs. We actually have a family member that works at this facility and thought we should try there first. I liked the vet on a personal basis. She is hard of hearing but nice. Our appointment was at 3:30 and we didn't go back to a room until 4:10. This was only an issue because my dogs began whining when other dogs were walking around. They also have cats loose in the office so beware of that! We left a normal office visit/consultation with a $200 bill. Ok, pricey but we liked her. Then my dog got sick the next day. We brought him back after 4 days and they proceeded to charge us another $200 to do another exam when it was something THEY did that made him sick. NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK THERE. STAY AWAY!

Dr Werner is also a soft tissue specialist. She helped with a laceration on my puppy's ear. Have been going to her since.
