The front desk is totally clueless. The facility is too small. Dr Caroline and Dr Glenn talk so much they forget the reason you came in. It is very expensive. The reason I will NEVER take my dogs their again is, my one dog was misdiagnosed on a Wednesday and by Friday of the same week both of my dogs where deathly ill! The Doctors were to busy trying leave earlier due to vacation plans that they would not squeeze me in or take my call! I took them to another Vet, got in right away due to the symptoms, they both were diagnosed with Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis. If left untreated it will shut down your dogs organs and kill them within days! They needed iv fluids, antibiotics for 24 hours and 2 medications for 10 days. Dr Glenn and Dr Caroline were to busy to care! I had been going to them for 5 years and that is how they treat loyal customers!

I love Dr Caroline & Dr Glenn. They care, they listen and I never feel rushed. I feel confident when I take my Yorkshire Terriors for medical care.

Excellent husband and wife team. Very personable, yet the most important thing is they are very good vets and give animals the best of care, whether its a rat or a dog.
