    | | 5/28/13 | 1 | 3 | 1 | 1 | Dr. McGowan is fabulous. Dr. Primm and the staff are not. Dr. Primm has been condescending, demeaning, and invalidating. He has treated my dog since day 1, yet confused him with a rescue I have had a short time: they look nothing alike. He has minimized the symptoms of my 18 month old pup telling me I'm "projecting". He finally ran tests on my dog to rule out possible illnesses but performed the tests incorrectly. The tests on the liver function require a fasting draw of blood, followed by another draw 2 hours after feeding the pet. My pet had eaten less than an hour before. My pet had also had 2 liquid doses of a morphine derivative pain medication: the liver processes medication. So a $271 vet bill for labs that were not valid is not ethical or acceptable. Brushing me off unacceptable. Referring me to St. Louis, offering no details, and acting like I'm a bother when I pick the information up = unethical, unprofessional, and unkind. | | | |
