Top notch for horses; I know. I've been an equestrian all my life and have lived in several state. Seen a lot of vets. These guys are good.

I moved from T.O. to Simi and still go back to this clinic. The fact that they have so many vets on staff means I can always get my dog in. The closet clinic to my house isn't open on Saturdays and only has 1 vet on staff, so good luck finding an opening. I really like Dr. Hughes, Dr. Coscarelli, Dr. Connolly, Dr. Gonda and Dr. Yoakum. I don't have enough experience with the other vets there to comment, though I do think Dr. Lavie suggested a test that I'm not sure my dog needed, so that set me back $200. I guess it's better to have the test and get a negative answer than not have the test and have something happen to the dog later. I don't know how exactly to rate "monetary value" as vet costs, like human's health costs, keep rising. So it seems like no matter what you pay, it's too much. My dogs are my kids so that's what my credit cards are for.

I read the ratings for Conejo Valley Vet and just wanted to say that my experience with Dr. Ronit Lavie was extremely positive. Our dog was very sick with vomiting and diarrhea and a stomach ache. She gave us many options and definitely worked with our tight budget. My dog is happy and healthy because of her.

we have been recieving care from c.v.v for our dogs since 1979. we could not ask for better care or loving staff. they have been their for us in happy times and when we really needed them the most. thank you for your continuing care! we love you all!!!

i had to move 30 miles away, but still brought my dogs to CVVH - they are the BEST!! both my dogs actually enjoy going to the vet, they never hesitate and are always wagging! EVERY vet on staff has been incredibly awesome, though Dr. Gonza and Dr. Hughes are our "regular" doctors. i would highly recommend CVVH to anyone, whether for standard care or surgery. They truly take the time to get to know you and your pet; they listen to you; and when my one dog needed knee surgery, the cost came in a good bit BELOW the estimate. I have two happy healthy shelter rescued dogs thanks to CVVH. The one was so ill when i got her, we weren't sure she'd make it, but with their help she is loving life and the best dog i've ever had.

They have many vets on staff, all of which are great. I have gone to this clinic for over 20 years, and I would vener go anywhere else. They treat all animals, even exotics from local companies.
