Client for 5 years using the Wellness Plan. Not having to pay extra for visits is a plus, and affordable monthly payments for the plan help me budget. Doctors and tech staff are very concerned for the pet's health. Always accommodating at a moment's notice and for emergencies too. Highly recommend this location. Other independent vets in the area charge mega bucks.

I have been to this hospital 3 times, 2x with wait time over an HOUR with NO explanation. The Dr.'s are nice, but the techs are irriatable and judgemental. When I complained about the wait with no communication... I was told "we are a hospital" there are "emergencies". Funny the same staff was on both times, there was the longest wait. The one time I was in and out was a different staff and was much busier than the previous two. They are great with availablity, but pack a lunch!

I am very dissatisfied with this vet office. I have been taking my dogs there since it opened 12 years ago. It started out really good and has progressively gone down in quality and in support. The veterinarians are wonderful but other staff is not.Policies continuously change and people are not contacted. The Wellness Plan is very inconsistant and policies continuously change in that, too. I paid for my 2 younger dogs a year in advance for their Wellness Plan policy. And now that I am about to have one spayed, I am told that in order to 'hold her place' for surgery, I have to pay for a pre-fee. !! I did not have to do this with my other dog that was spayed a year ago. This is a ridiculous fee as coverage was paid a year in advance. But here we go with another change in policy. Unfortunately, this makes me have to make the decision to leave excellent vets because of unfriendly policies.

Very satisfied with the service and staff here. Always a positive experience , and they really seem to care about the health of my pet. My dog hated my other vet, but no problems coming here! Once in a while I have to wait a little bit, but they never turn me away if my dog is sick.

These people were so very nice in helping my dog! Dr. Friedman always goes above and beyond to make our dog feel like part of the family!

we received excellent service here. My vet would not see my sick dog for 2 weeks while - here they told me to come in right away and took care of us!

Dr. Friedman and staff are the best! I've been coming here with my dog for 5 years. Very thorough, very friendly, wellness plan pays for most things - other prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!

bad bad bad. these people kept calling about my cat that died six months before. and every time i had to remind them. also when my other cat was diagnosed with leukemia i prepared myself, then they said he was negative, then again positive. thanks for wrentching my heart jerks! that place should be closed down. shanme on you!

Very good. Always explain everything in as much detail as I need. Staff very nice and helpful. Doctor available for phone consults in some cases.

I am not impressed with this brand. They misdiagnosed my dog for over 3 months costing us over 3000 in bills (include a test for pyometria which they stated came back negative), when I finally brought her to get a second opinion they were able to diagnose her within 1 hour and confirm that it was pyometra. I think they try to purposly push tests on you to make more money are a commission. The vet does not take th time to talk to you and I have to advocate myself vs the vet talking to me. Bottom line they look at it as a business and try to make their margins by forcing things on custmers that they don't understand so that they can make a nice bonus

I have never had a problem here. I think both Doctors are extremely caring and have always made me feel comfortable to make my own choice on a plan of action. I purchased the wellness plan for one of my dogs and we have saved like $1600 in a year...I WILL admit that their prices are pretty steep, but I like the convenience of them, and I know they love my dogs. I have even stopped in just to ask them quick questions, and they always take care of me.

I agree with the previous reviews. The people sarted out nice, but they really do push things on you & after I started questioning things, they started being less than friendly. Very unfortunate, because I really liked them when I first went there, but I ended up changing vets.

I agree with other review. Very pricy and they push all kinds of extra things that if this was your first vet visit you would be confused. Also, they do not go out of there way if there is an issue with your pet. Our dog got very sick after its first vacination and I called the vet and instead of coming to the phone I had to tell everything to the tech and I could hear the vet in the background. Did not seem concerned about my pets welfare.

The Vet seems like she is afraid of large dogs. They are extremely overpriced, I paid twice as much for a spay as my local vet charges. I have never walked out of the hospital paying less than $150.00. They try to convince you to sign up for monthly care plans which can NOT be transferred to another Banfield unless you start over and commit to another year of monthly charges. I could hear them complaining about another customer while I was waiting in the exam room. The facility is very modern, but the staff is not professional.
